Our ability to support multiple network technologies from multiple vendors allows us to support your whole network. As an independent resource we are able to investigate interoperability issues from a neutral perspective and identify the root cause of network issues quickly and efficiently.

First line response

The DACC support centre provides first line customer support, enabling customer to raise managed trouble tickets that the team will endeavour to resolve directly or to escalate to second or third tier support from network vendors as necessary.

On-site support

Our field support resources are available for escalation of support issues. Our trained teams are able to support network equipment from a variety of vendors, and with our capability to provide spares management services we ensure network outages are resolved as fast as possible.
